Janell Nolan

Janell Nolan is a professional photographer located in Cape Town South Africa, whose favourite subject to capture is people experiencing the love of God. When she was little she would watch God move in miraculous ways of healings, miracles, and breakthroughs in a time where her parents were in full time ministry as worship leaders at Spirit Word Ministries near the Johannesburg area.
In 2020, she did a two year internship at Kingdom Light Church and proceeded to work full time for KLC Ministries for another year. After which she went to Steiger Mission School in Europe Germany learning how to reach the global youth Culture end of 2023.
Her heart is to see her generation and the generations to follow find their identity in the Father love and the sacrifice of Jesus.
Daniel Thring
(pronounced Dan-yull)

Daniel, the last born of Wayne and Leona grew up in Durban, South Africa. He found a love for sports and being active from a young age. He was always involved in sports fixtures throughout his schooling and still finds ways to keep active.
As a pastor’s kid surrounded by the church ministry he readily got involved in youth and children's ministry while in school. In 2022 he moved to Cape Town to study when God led him to enter ministry by joining the internship program at Kingdom Light Church, his local church. While completing his internship 2023 he got connected with Steiger and had the opportunity to be a part of the Steiger mission school in Germany. Learning how to reach the global youth culture. In the beginning of this year, he connected with a few churches in his home town to share the fire for evangelism.

Mahoudjro "Venance" Houessou

Benin (West Africa)
Mahoudjro Venance, born and raised in Benin Republic, currently resides and works in Togo, West Africa. Having studied Cinema and African Studies in Benin, Mahoudjro is now pursuing biblical studies. He serves diligently within an organization dedicated to equipping disciple makers and leaders to establish churches in every village across the globe.
Passionate about the church and his community, Mahoudjro's life's mission is to spread the greatest message to those in desperate need of it, to serve his community, and to empower individuals with the tools to deeply discover and embrace Christ. Join Mahoudjro on this journey of encouragement and empowerment as he strives to make a meaningful impact on the world.

Lazard Maomou
(pronounced Lah-Zard)
Guinea (West Africa)
Lazard was born in N'zerekore, Guinea, and grew up in Conakry. He discovered his calling during his student years and pursued missionary training in 2017 at the Kalima Mission School, leading to his role as an assistant pastor. Eventually, he felt a specific calling to evangelism, creating a structure for evangelistic work and organizing trips across Guinea.
Today, he leads his local church's evangelism team and is the founder of Black Fire Ministries in Conakry.
In 2022, as the Executive Director of Volunteers for Salvation (V4S), Lazard led a team of young people to inspect and register churches throughout Conakry. This effort allowed them to map the churches in the Guinean capital, demonstrating his commitment to uniting the church around evangelism and outreach.

Sam Dunya Jr.
(pronounced Sam)
Ghana (West Africa)
Sam Dunya is from Ghana, West Africa, where he has lived since birth. He is also half Faroese. After graduating from high school, he moved to Minnesota, USA, to attend Bethany Global University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bible & Theology and Intercultural Ministry Studies.
Currently, Sam serves as the Missions Director at GlobeServe Ministries International, an organization started by his parents. The focus of the organization is discipleship, church planting, and reaching unreached nations for Christ. In addition to this role, he founded a non-profit aimed at reaching out to marginalized and underprivileged communities, as well as empowering and raising next-generation leaders who will transform their communities. His hope is to see all nations come to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Faith Allen

Saint Paul (Minnesota-USA)
Faith A. Allen was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is currently attending Saint Paul College, where she is working towards a degree in General Studies.
Her future academic plans include obtaining a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies and a Master's in Christian Leadership. Her life's goal is not only to spread the message of Christ but also to build churches worldwide, run revivals in various locations, and train up the fivefold ministry across different generations.

Priest Jones
(pronounced Pr-ee-st)
Minneapolis (Minnesota-USA)
Priest Jones, a dynamic music minister, artist, and producer from Minneapolis, MN, is deeply committed to spreading the Gospel through his passion for Hip-Hop. Serving at his parents' church plant, UP-Rock Community Church, Priest is actively involved in ministry while also teaching 5th graders at Hospitality House, a Christian Youth Center in North Minneapolis. This fall, he will be attending music school for the second time to refine his artistry, production, and business skills, with the goal of expanding his ministry impact. Having performed over 300 times globally, including in Nampula, Mozambique, Priest is a true Hip-Hop activist and ambassador, carrying the good news wherever God leads him.
A recent high school graduate, Priest's journey is already rich with accomplishment. His documentary, "Young Roots, Deep Rhymes", available on YouTube, chronicles his early experiences growing up in music. Priest's love for his community, his desire to serve, and his passion for traveling and meeting new people fuel his ministry. As a Black Fire Catalyst, Priest is eager to continue using his gifts to ignite change, both locally and globally.

Kékéli Gaba

Togo (West Africa)
Ablavi “Kékéli” Gaba is a devoted follower of Jesus who studied American Literature, as well as Administrative and Virtual Assistance.
Her vision is to exhort, intercede, and impact the younger generation, particularly young girls, encouraging them to live godly lives for the glory of God.
Ablavi desires to actively participate in God's work and help expand His kingdom. She believes that young people hold a significant place in today's society and that it is crucial for them to be exposed to the Word of God, which brings freedom and stability.
She is also passionate about equipping orphans and those in need, ensuring their safe development and a promising future.

Jon Odom

Minneapolis (Minnesota-USA)
Jon Odom is a husband, father, pastor, professor, and above all, a passionate follower of Jesus. Born in Colorado and raised in Minnesota ("Minnesnowda"), Jon is blessed with two amazing kids whom he considers some of his favorite gifts this side of heaven.
His journey has been anything but traditional, and he praises God for every step of it. Originally a medical student, Jon earned a PhD in Anatomy and Cell Biology before feeling called by God to bring the catalytic power of the gospel to the world. His mission is simple: to initiate a movement of disciple-making cycles.

Joshua Orugboh
(pronounced Jawsh-oo-ah)
Anoka (Minnesota-USA/United Kingdom)
Joshua Mogbeyitsereje Colin Orugboh is the Youth Minister and Director of Christian Education at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Anoka, Minnesota. Born in London, England, Joshua lived in the Greater London area until age 16, when he moved to the U.S. to pursue sports.
Along this journey, he discovered a deep passion for ministry. Currently, he oversees the Junior and Senior High ministries and leads community outreach efforts at his church.
Over the past three years, through roles as an intern and minister, Joshua has developed a genuine love for immigrant outreach, inspired by his own experience as a second-generation immigrant in England and a first-generation immigrant in the U.S., with roots in St. Lucia (through his mother) and Nigeria (through his father).
Outreach ministry is central to his calling, and he aspires to build a powerlifting ministry focused on first- and second-generation immigrants. Joshua is also a Pro-Qualifying and Junior North American Champion powerlifter. He is thrilled to be part of the Black Fire Ministries family and looks forward to seeing how God will work through them all.

Olivia Nabunjo
(pronounced O-Liv-Ee-Uh)
Uganda (East Africa)
Olivia Nabunjo is a pro-life advocate from Uganda. Raised by a single mother, she has dedicated the past five years to serving as a pro-life leader through the Africa Life Youth Foundation.
Currently, she is pursuing a nursing degree at Mildmay Uganda Institute of Health Sciences, a journey made possible through the support of the Africa Life Youth Foundation, for which she is deeply grateful.
Throughout her work, Olivia has played a vital role in saving the lives of five babies, all of whom are thriving today. Her passion is to complete her nursing studies and professionally support pregnant girls who have been rejected for choosing life over abortion.
She is committed to fighting against abortion in Africa and advocating for the dignity of every unborn child.Olivia is also honored to be a member of Black Fire Ministries, where she continues to pursue her mission of empowering and supporting young mothers."

Amos Bwire Gift

Amos B. Gift is a youth leader, worshiper, and evangelist from Iganga, Uganda. He actively serves in his local church and leads within the Youth Worship Team, where he is committed to revealing and manifesting the true image of worship. His mission is to empower and disciple young believers, equipping them to impact lives across the globe.
Amos is deeply passionate about the Gospel of Christ and is dedicated to spreading the message of salvation and igniting revival. He actively leads street evangelism and worship nights, using the power of worship to draw people into an encounter with God. His heart burns for a generation transformed by the love of Christ, and his life's purpose is to see lives restored and nations awakened.

Eve Kagoya

Uganda (East Africa)
Eve Kagoya is from Uganda’s Bugiri District near Lake Victoria, is a rising leader with a heart set on seeing Africa transformed for Jesus. While pursuing a nursing degree, she also serves as a worship leader, believing in the power of worship to break chains and bring healing. Her deep faith and relentless spirit fuel her vision for a generation ignited with boldness and purpose.
As a Black Fire Ministries Catalyst, Eve is committed to seeing revival sweep through her nation, from churches to hospitals and city streets. She carries both a pastoral and prophetic calling, inspiring young people to step into their God-given destinies. With unwavering faith, she stands as a beacon of hope, ready to spark a movement of radical faith and transformation across Africa.

Nathan Adu-Gyamfi

Ghana (West Africa)
Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, Nathan now lives in the United States with his family. He carries a deep passion for theology, social justice, and ministry. Currently pursuing his Master of Divinity, he is equipping himself to serve the church and engage communities with the transformative power of the gospel.
Nathan’s journey has led him to advocate for justice, mentor emerging leaders, and participate in theological conversations that bridge faith and action. Whether through teaching, writing, or ministry, his heart is set on empowering others to live out their faith boldly.

Aleysha Will
(pronounced Ah-lee-sha)
Port Washington (Wisconsin-USA)
Originally adopted from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and raised in Port Washington, Aleysha is one of 17 children—15 of whom were adopted. She has a twin sister, and together they are the youngest in their big, beautifully blended family. Her parents have been powerful examples of selfless love, and growing up in such a dynamic home has greatly influenced who she is today.
Aleysha is currently a junior at North Central University, where she serves as the Executive Director of Mosaic, overseeing campus cultural organizations. She previously led the university’s Black Student Union and is honored to step into the role of Student Body President for her senior year. Being part of student leadership at NCU has been a true blessing.
She is passionate about creating spaces where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to walk in their purpose. One of her long-term dreams is to open a young women’s shelter specifically for girls and teens from nontraditional or challenging backgrounds—a place where they can discover their God-given identity and launch confidently into adulthood. Aleysha’s life has been transformed by her relationship with Jesus, and she desires for others to know the sound of His voice and the peace that comes from walking closely with Him.
